Engineering Study Request

Larger development projects — multi-lot subdivisions, commercial sites, and anything that materially affects distribution-system capacity — require an engineering study before Suburban Water can confirm whether existing infrastructure can serve the proposed load, or whether system extensions are required.

The study evaluates available pressure, flow, storage, and routing for the proposed connection point and identifies any improvements the project will need to fund.
